I will be going in for knee surgery here in Mexico next Tuesday. We so appreciate your prayerful support as there are no insurance options here. I will have Physical Therapy for a month at least as well as continued treatment for my other knee and hip.

You always find the best books. I usually find something to my liking. One of my favorite vacation memories is when the family came to visit us while we lived in Germany and we took 4 days and traveled to six different countries . Spent time touring old castles and cathedrals, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

I would love to win a copy of It’s Never Too Late: Make the Next Act of Your Life the Best Act of Your Life ! I loved her last book The Rock, The Road and The Rabbi. I was going to comment about a favorite ski trip since its winter and there is so much snow on the ground! But my favorite memories are of long days at the beach in Florida with my boys when they were young – buliding sand castles, boogie boarding and hunting for seashells.
I love her book The Rock, The Road and The Rabbi as well. I have a Giveaway a while back and gave away like 10 copies. One of my many favorite books. I miss the beach. It has been a long time wince the pandemic here and I live IN Mexico with some lovely beaches. Good luck!
My favorite vacation was camping in South Dakota and Montana during a pause of cancer treatment. It was so quiet and relaxing. A lot if Wildlife watching from afar and we even had one campground all to ourselves for one night.

A favorite vaca ion memory is when my husband’s passport was stolen in Athens and we had to spend 3 extra days there waiting for embassy to be open so we made the best of it and got to do some really cool things we would not have done. I am currently reading Phoebe by Paula Gooder.

For our 25th wedding Anniversary we went to Scotland! Incredibly beautiful. Right now I’m reading Anne Graham Lotz’s’ “Jesus in Me”. I would probably buy my daughter a maternity shirt if I won.
WOW now that is a trip. We have ‘planned’ many anny trips but never could. Last year we finally saved and had out trip planned to the Holy Land, it was cancelled… then they gave us vouchers so we thought Hawaii…. it was canceled. We will, some day. Good luck and God bless you.
My favorite vacation is a couple of years ago. My husband and myself took a planes, Trains and automobile trip. The goal was to travel as cheaply as possible with just our backpacks. We went cross country. It was the best!!
I love those kind of adventures. We did a Civil War tour in our car when the children were tiny. We did not have a plan but just went around for a couple of weeks. Loved it. Good luck and God bless you.
I love going to Shipshewana IN not to do the tourist stuff but relax in a cottage on the lake, see a theater performance, enjoy the food, and travel the back roads stores!

I have gotten so many nice books from the selections you make. You do a very good job Stasia!! Thanks for all you do!! My vacation memory is from when I must have been around 12 years old. My parents borrowed the neighbor’s camper for the back of my dad’s pickup and we headed west to see Yellowstone, Crazyhorse, Mount Rushmore and many other places along the way. That was over 50 years ago but it’s still a wonderful memory for me!
