Good Evening Friends!

Tomorrow I head home to Texas and back to work.  Tomorrow is also Noah’s birthday—and it will be the fourth one I’ve had to miss during this season.

There’s no easy way to explain what that feels like as a mom. The distance (between all of my adult children and grandbabies), the missed milestones, the longing to just be home… it’s something I carry every single day.

For nearly four years, I’ve been working tirelessly to build a way for our family to catch up and continue to be able to serve on the mission field—so I can finally be reunited with my family and live out the calling God has placed on our lives together. It’s been a season of sacrifice, stretching, and deep faith.

We are so close… but not quite there yet.

If you feel led, I would be incredibly grateful for your prayers—for strength, provision, and open doors.  I am unsure as to what the future holds but I know Who holds the future.  We know we will definitely work long term in Mexico, but we also feel led to work alongside the church planting teams we have helped in Albania.  So, if you’ve ever considered partnering with us financially, this would mean more than I can put into words. Every bit helps bring us closer to being together again as a family and moving forward in the vision that He has called us to.

Noah, my sweet boy—I love you so much. I’m holding onto the hope that soon that I won’t miss another birthday. 💙
