Good Morning Readers! The clouds billowing softly across the sky are beckoning me to sit and relax with my pile of books but that “To-Do” list is quite long today. We have some wonderful friends who run a home for children deep in the heart of Mexico coming to stay with us for a few days. Soon this place will be bustling with activity as they usually bring a few of the children with them. I am hoping to make some Oatmeal Cookies and pull out a few good books for the munchkins to enjoy but my Oatmeal Cookie recipe is not really all that great. Do you have a good cookie recipe? {One that won’t crumble everywhere!} Feel free to share some ideas with me as snacks are a must here at the mission ranch. Between working in the hot sun, folding dozens of pairs of sheets, or cleaning all that needs to be cleaned, it is nice to be able to reach for a quick and healthy snack. Oh, and there is nothing like cuddling up with the little ones to read with some yummy fresh baked cookies. {and a HUGE cup of Java} 😉
