The lazy days of summer are here. There is something about the hum of cicadas in the trees and the dogs rolling around on the grass that reminds me to stop and enjoy life. We get so busy with all that we have to do, we often forget the things that we must do in order to be healthy in mind, body and spirit. It is time to take care of ourselves in order that we can better care for the ones we love. Linger over a large iced tea and enjoy a book, or those lovely birds playing near the feeders while you rest up on that porch swing.
