Good Morning Book Lovers,
There is nothing more satisfying than wrapping up in a comfy blanket and sipping some hot cocoa while reading a good book. My attempts were completely foiled last night as our two kitties raced through the house, under and over me, upsetting my cocoa. Apparently my daughter had sprayed some catnip around their toys, so much so that it literally took them hours to calm down. That being said, I feel as if I deserve a double portion of alone time with my book today. I am reading some of the classics and thoroughly enjoying the literary escape. As I mentioned earlier in the week, we have had a family emergency and to be honest, this has been one of the most difficult weeks of my life. But God is good and He will see us through. Reading is one of my coping mechanisms and when I am too overwhelmed or busy to pick up a book, I enjoying listening to a good narrator read to me.
