Spread the Word!

Good Morning!

It’s Friday. The week went by real fast. You accomplished a lot of things these past few days, and it’s time to dial it down for some rest, relaxation and reflection. A question was once put to a group of people who were all people 90 years of age or older: “What would you do differently if you could live your life over again?” The top three answers were:

  1. I would take more risks.
  2. I would give myself to something greater than myself.
  3. I would reflect more.

Reading a good book, in many ways, accomplishes all three of these objectives. A great book can challenge us to reach further from the shore, step out and believe for greater things. It can give us the big picture, draw us deeper into God’s Word,¬† and show us where we fit in. And it can provide us the opportunity to sit back and reflect, which is something sorely lacking in today’s driven society.

Take time to reflect this weekend!

Happy Reading!

~Stasia
