Good Afternoon Book Lovers!
We are planning an outreach in our local park again for the families that live in our barrio. That being said, I am going to have to extend the May Giveaway another day because I am short handed to manage all that needs to be done for tonight’s big event. We do these outreaches on a regular basis when we have the funding to do so. Families come for food, fun and fellowship. These are faith based events where we are attempting to come together as a community to help families that are struggling. many of whom are still finding it difficult to recover from the pandemic. We have a wonderful time catching up on life together. These events are preceded by yours truly visiting mommas and grandmas in order to find out the needs and pray together. What a joy to get to do what I love.
